Is She Back?

After looking at Perez's blogs and so forth i found there was one particular girl named in one of the blogs: Teale and also looking at TheGossipDish's blog which had me shocked, Who is this Teale, as i remember reading her from quite a few blogs. She was mentioned to have two accounts: Teale.Blahh and Hifof (I Think Anyway!). The real question is : Is Teale back and what is she back for?
